sounds of human speech and planets in astrology

The second page describes ratio of heavenly gods Adityas of Vedic mythology with zodiac signs and planets in astrology, and also gives some comparisons of Vedic gods with gods of the Greek mythology and the Roman mythology who correspond with planets in astrology.

Gods of Vedic mythology and zodiac signs.
Sounds of human speech and planets in astrology.

Heavenly gods Adityas of Vedic mythology correspond with twelve zodiac signs. It is known that to god BHAGA there corresponds constellation PURVA-PHALGULI and to god ARYAMAN there corresponds constellation UTARA-PHALGULI. It is possible to assume that these names of constellations correspond to zodiac signs Capricorn and Aquarius as BHAGA and ARYAMAN are the interconnected pair of gods, and also zodiac signs Capricorn and Aquarius are interconnected by the common dominant planets saturn and uranus. Similarly other gods of Vedic mythology correspond with zodiac signs according to dominant and exalted planets, and according to own interrelations which are known in Vedas, that is shown on the chart:

gods of Vedic mythology both zodiac signs and planets in astrology Twelve zodiac signs are designated within the astrological circle by traditional symbols.
To each zodiac sign there corresponds a name of one of 12 gods Adityas and the appropriate letter of the Russian alphabet.
And also for each zodiac sign the red color specifies dominant planets, and blue color specifies exalted and coexalted planets: sun (SL), moon (LN), mercury (ME), venus (VE), mars (MA), jupiter (UP), saturn (SA), uranus (UR), neptune (NP), pluto (PL), proserpine (PR), chiron (XR).
The information about dominant and exalted planets look on pages of other site: www.emotions.64g.ru/prof4/pr5en.htm.

VARUNA and MITRA.
MITRA corresponds with the zodiac sign Leo (simha) where the sun dominates, and VARUNA corresponds with the zodiac sign Crab (kataka) where the moon dominates as these gods are main in the category Adityas, and also the dominant sun and the dominant moon symbolize regal authority. Provided that VARUNA is the main god and has characteristics of a lunar deity, and MITRA is the joint governor and has characteristics of a solar deity, namely the lunar deity is more significant rather than a solar deity in hierarchy of gods of Vedic mythology.
VARUNA is the keeper of heavenly waters of which clouds and rains are formed and consequently corresponds with the zodiac sign Crab which belongs to elements of water.
Names of zodiac signs in a context of Vedic astrology are written in brackets near to the European names of zodiac signs.
SURYA and SAVITR.
SURYA corresponds with the zodiac sign Aries (mesha) where the sun exalts as name SURYA means "sun" and means a sunlight which allows to see the world but has brightness which does not allow to look at the sun. And also the planet mars dominates in the zodiac sign Aries and has characteristics comparable with shrill brightness of seen light, namely SURYA personifies light of the sun bright and intolerable for eyes as against MITRA who personifies lighting and fertile light of the sun.
SAVITR corresponds with the zodiac sign Taurus (vrishabha) where the moon exalts as SAVITR is interconnected with SURYA, and also the moon in astrology is interconnected to the sun and radiates reflected light of the sun, namely SAVITR is a lunar deity and is personification of one of qualities which the moonlight has.
In essence all heavenly gods of Vedic mythology in the category Adityas are personifications of a sunlight or a moonlight, or light of other planets, and have various qualities of light.
VISHNU and DHATR.
VISHNU corresponds with the zodiac sign Sagittarius (dhanu) and DHATR corresponds with the zodiac sign Pisces (mesha) where the jupiter is a dominant planet as VISHNU is the god whose greatness is comparable with INDRA the main god in the category Rudras, and DHATR is similar to PRAJAPATI the founder of the world, and also the planet jupiter is a symbol of the Supreme gods as in the Roman mythology the Jove (Jupiter) is the Supreme god.
VISHNU and DHATR personify light, as well as all heavenly gods in the category Adityas, but not light of the sun or the moon, and light of the planet jupiter as planets too are sources of reflected light and have various light qualities.
BHAGA and ARYAMAN.
BHAGA corresponds with the zodiac sign Capricorn (makara) and ARYAMAN corresponds with the zodiac sign Aquarius (kumbha) where planets saturn and uranus are dominant as name BHAGA means "divine" and name ARYAMAN means "friendliness" that corresponds to astrological characteristics of saturn and uranus. Namely in the Roman mythology Saturn is tsar of "Golden Age" during which validity reigned in the world and people were happy. And also Uranus in the Roman mythology is identical to Janus who was the joint governor of Saturn in an empire of the Golden Age.
Besides the planet jupiter exalts in the zodiac sign Capricorn that is additional acknowledgement of significance of god BHAGA, and confirms a ratio with the zodiac sign Capricorn as the jupiter is a planet of the Supreme gods.
Dominant and exalted planets in zodiac signs are components which form characteristics of gods and form qualities of light which is personified by heavenly gods Adityas. Therefore it is necessary to take into account not only the most significant planets which I accept in attention in the present description, but it is necessary to take into account complex combinations of planets. And also it is necessary to take into account that each planet dominates or exalts in different zodiac signs and consequently in a different degree is significant for different gods. For example, the jupiter dominates in the zodiac sign Sagittarius and consequently determines the basic qualities of light in Sagittarius, but also the jupiter exalts in the zodiac sign Capricorn and consequently somewhat determines qualities of light in Capricorn. It is possible to tell that light of jupiter in Sagittarius is the most significant, but light of jupiter is additional in Capricorn.
VIVASVAT.
VIVASVAT corresponds with the zodiac sign Scorpio (vrishchica) where the planet pluto is dominant as VIVASVAT is a defective god deprived hands and legs that corresponds to astrological characteristics of the planet pluto which symbolizes misfortunes and deprivations i.e. VIVASVAT has qualities of saddened light. Actually VIVASVAT has strong potential opportunities and qualities of light as the sun coexalts in the zodiac sign Scorpio, but potential opportunities are saddened with the compelled inferiority of this god.
USHAS.
USHAS corresponds with the zodiac sign Libra (tula) where the planet venus dominates as venus is a morning star which can be seen before sunrise, and also goddess USHAS has a name which means "morning star".
PUSHAN.
PUSHAN corresponds with the zodiac sign Gemini (mithuna) where the planet mercury dominates as PUSHAN is a god who has incessant movement and expansion in space that is similarly to astrological values of the planet mercury, and also is identical to characteristics of god Mercury in the Roman mythology.
ANSA.
ANSA corresponds with the zodiac sign Virgo (kanya) where the planet mercury is exalted.
This god has no concrete descriptions in texts of Vedas but there are indirect demonstrations which allow to make comparison with the zodiac sign Virgo and the planet mercury. Namely ANSA and PUSHAN have interrelations with Ashvins who are divine twins, that indirectly corresponds with the zodiac sign Gemini where the planet mercury dominates, and the planet mercury exalts in the zodiac sign Virgo.
Total 12 heavenly gods Adityas form an astrological circle and form space in which there is a universe if to take into account that the astrological circle is a symbol of a universe. According to ratio of zodiac signs in astrological circle it is possible to consider ratio of 12 gods. Namely in astrology there is a rule according to which if angular distances between zodiac signs have sizes 30, 60, 120, 150 degrees then ratio are friendly; if angular distances have size 180 degrees then ratio are inconsistent but properties of the appropriate zodiac signs supplement each other; if angular distances have size 90 degrees then ratio are disputed.
For example, the angular distance between zodiac signs Aries and Libra has size 180 degrees. It means that mutual relation of gods SURYA and USHAS are inconsistent, but these gods aspire to each other as properties of one god supplement properties of other god. Namely USHAS is beloved of SURYA.
Or angular distances between zodiac signs Aries and Capricorn, and also Aries and Crab have size 90 degrees. It means that SURYA has disputed mutual relation with gods BHAGA and VARUNA. Namely in texts of Vedas it is not told about mutual relation of SURYA and BHAGA that is caused by incomparability of these gods, and also in texts of Vedas is specified on subordinated position SURYA in relation to VARUNA and there are no indications on any familiarity.
With other gods besides VARUNA and BHAGA there is friendly mutual relation of SURYA as angular distances between the appropriate zodiac signs have sizes 30, 60, 120, 150 degrees.
It is similarly possible to consider friendly and disputed ratio of sounds of human speech according to friendly and disputed mutual relation of gods that allows to see interesting laws in structure of speech. For example, in Russian language there are disputed ratio of sounds in words: ;
and friendly ratio of sounds in words: .
According to compatibility and incongruity of sounds it is possible to consider compatible and incongruous ratio of gods. For example, VIVASVAT corresponds to sound which is difficultly combined with other sounds that allows to speak about inconsistent character of this god.
And also it is possible to analyze absorption (assimilation) of sounds in words and to draw conclusions on mutual relation of gods. For example, in the word there is absorption of sound of the initial word that allows to speak about disputed relations of VARUNA and USHAS. Or in the word as a result of a combination of sounds and there is an absorption of sound which turns to a sound that allows to speak about disputed relations of VISHNU and DHATR, or allows to speak that VISHNU gets new properties as a result of interactions with DHATR.
If to take into account that in Hinduism (Hindu mythology) VISHNU is a god who has different avatars (embodiments or incarnations) then as a result of interaction with DHATR there are new properties which can be considered as one of avatara of VISHNU. And also if to take into account that the sound corresponds with BRAHMA and a world egg or cosmic egg then transformation of sound into a sound can be considered as correlation of VISHNU and BRAHMA in a context of Hindu mythology about what look the information on 9th page of this site section.

The following page gives the information on qualities of light which heavenly gods Adityas of Vedic mythology personify.
